Week 8: Emotional Surrender
This week we will explore emotional freedom though the emotional surrender technique.
We will start with more mild disturbances and work toward bigger events and more triggering people in our lives.
This week can be a really freeing, but sometimes intense week. If you feel the intensity is becoming too much, please call, email, or text me.
For your daily practice, try using the emotional surrneder technique as soon as something comes up. Don't wait for it to get stored in your body! Just move through the process right away!
