Week 1: Breath
This 7 day breath meditation series takes you on a journey to connect deeply with your breath.
You will experience your breath in many different ways in your body throughout the 7 days. Listening to the breath helps us to quiet the mind and gets us in the habit of paying attention to the body. This is incredibly useful in challenging and stressful times.
This is a great place to begin your meditation practice if you're just starting one.
They are progressive. Start with the breath tutorial, then move to Day 1 and work your way through.
Experiment with different times and different spaces for meditatation to find your ideal time and space.
As mentioned, research shows that these practices are most effectively done formally in a sit as well as in small doses multiple times throughout your day. So this week take multiple breath breaks throughout your day, just to stop and observe your breath.
