Week 7: Brain Balancing
This week we will explore the brain more in depth using meditation.
In our meditations this week we will be using mantra and visualization work to bring about the change in our brains that we wish to see.
Be sure to look over the diagrams in your guidebook to understand some of the different parts of the brain as well as the brain waves.
You can do these meditations as often as you like throughout the week and the rest of the program.
